So here is the date, hopefully there is enough time for everyone to clear their schedule. If you cant make it dont sign up, if you cant be there on time dont sign up, if you arent sure dont sign up. It is very annoying setting up a roster then people dont turn up and everything has to be rearranged at the last minute. Adding extra's is easy, changing the whole thing is not.
